Collaborating on, or sharing, sensitive or classified information poses risks to organisations. Kojensi uses Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) to facilitate secure online editing, chat, co-authoring and more, for increased productivity and security for government and industry.

Kojensi allows government to:

  • Ensure those who do not have the correct security clearance do not see classified information

  • Work together on the same document, without sending multiple versions through email

  • Work with multiple partners outside of your organisation, all with different compliance requirements

  • Ensure compliance with mandated security controls

  • Share large files easily and quickly, in a secure environment

NC Protect

NC Protect - dynamic data security

NC Protect’s advanced information protection capabilities prevent data breaches, unauthorized file access and accidental sharing in Microsoft 365 (Office 365) apps, Windows File Shares, Nutanix Files and more — simpler, faster and cheaper.

NC Protect augments authentication using the unique identity a file builds over time. It starts the moment a file is first saved, with its content, name, authorship and date stamps. Throughout its life cycle it gains additional transient context such as the file location or information repository and classification levels.

Access and usage rights are applied by blending traditional user permissions with granular business information such as security level or project team. Additionally, NC Protect leverages attributes such as IP address, device, browser or time of day.

NC Protect takes your data security policies and enforces them completely and transparently for each and every user and device.
